I graduated with a Masters in Science in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, Magna Cum Laude. I am dually licensed in NJ as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), experienced in helping clients conquer addiction. My background includes working in NJ public high schools and I’m certified as a Student Assistance Counselor(SAC).

I am a volunteer, first responder for the Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC) team in Monmouth County and respond to county-wide mental health crises. I have been married for 33 years and the mother of three young adults. I have traveled extensively in search of a deeper cultural understanding. In my free time, you’ll find me playing tennis or paddle, yoga, running, skiing and hiking with my family- including my beloved Vizsla, Brandy.
